Minjon’s recruitment professionals have strong expertise in both legal and commercial fields, which are their key focus areas within the recruitment industry. The company has also received special recognition for its active use of social media, which plays an important role in candidate communication and engagement.
Minjon has grown rapidly in recent years, and in spring 2022 the increasing number of employees made it necessary to move into larger office premises in the center of Helsinki. As recruitment at Minjon is largely conducted by phone and remote meetings, the company identified a clear need for quiet, soundproof spaces that support focused work and online communication.
To meet this need, Octacell delivered three 2X1 workrooms to Minjon’s new office. The materials and finishes for the workrooms were carefully selected in collaboration with an interior designer to ensure they fit seamlessly with the office’s overall visual identity. The compact size of the workrooms made it possible to add several quiet spaces without taking up too much floor area.
“We've had a really nice experience with the Octacell workrooms as we spend a lot of time in phone calls or Teams meetings and the booths fit this purpose completely. Sound doesn't escape the phone booths and we've managed to add more quiet working space to our office with them. The size of the workrooms has also fit like a glove, as we got 3 separate quiet spaces in a relatively small area. Cooperation with Octacell was smooth, even when we had quite a lot of demands regarding the colors, for example. We had the opportunity to see the workrooms and visualize the possible colors ourselves at Octacell's showroom, which definitely helped us make a decision. The installation process deserves special praise as Octacell's crew was very nice and they kept us well informed about how the installation was going. This was an extremely positive experience.
