Minjon

Minjon is a Recruitment company, which helps other companies find motivated and skilled professionals for their teams through direct recruiting, headhunting and personnel leasing. Minjons recruitment professionals possess specialized knowledge in both legal and commercial fields, which are their strongest areas of expertise in the recruitment industry. They've received special praise for their use of social media, where they engange in a lot of candidate communication.

Minjon has grown rapidly in terms of their number of employees so in spring of 2022 they had to move to larger premises in the center of Helsinki. As their work is done largely through remote and phone meetings, they felt the need to acquire suitable spaces for this purpose. Octacell delivered three 2X1 spaces, for which the materials were carefully selected in collaboration with an interior designer so that they would fit the overall visual identity of the office.

"We've had a really nice experience with the Octacell spaces as we spend a lot of time in phone calls or Teams meetings and the booths fit this purpose completely. Sound really doesn't escape the booths and we've managed to add more quiet working space to our office with them. The size of the booths has also fit us like a glove as we got 3 separate quiet spaces in a relatively small area. Cooperation with Octacell was smooth even though we had quite a lot of demands regarding, for example, the colors of the spaces. We got the opportunity to see the spaces and visualize the possible colors ourselves at Octacells showroom, which definitely helped us make a decision. The installation process deserves special praise as Octacells installers were very nice and they kept us well informed about how the installation was going. This was an extremely positive experience. The other Octacell employees are also really pleasant and our collaboration with them went swiftly overall!"
