Our modular meeting pods serve as fully equipped meeting rooms without the need for permanent construction in your office. Unlike traditional fixed spaces, Octacell meeting pods offer a flexible and relocatable solution that adapts to your office needs.

All our meeting rooms feature Class A sound insulation, efficient ventilation for fresh air, and adjustable lighting, ensuring a private and comfortable environment for both short discussions and longer sessions. This makes them ideal for confidential conversations, client meetings, and internal team collaboration. Each meeting pod provides the privacy of a traditional conference room combined with the flexibility of a portable solution.
Flexible Setup and Equipment Options
Meeting rooms can be equipped with a conference table, ergonomic chairs, and AV equipment to support hybrid and digital collaboration. You can also integrate your own existing furniture and devices, making the space highly adaptable. Whether used as an office meeting pod or a conference room pod in an open-plan environment, the setup can be tailored to your requirements.
Modular and Relocatable Design
Thanks to their modular construction, the size, layout, colors, and materials of our meeting pods can be reconfigured even after installation. Entire rooms can also be relocated if your office layout changes, making them a portable meeting pod solution and a sustainable, scalable alternative to traditional conference rooms.

Frequently asked questions
How good is the sound insulation in the meeting room?
We have tested multiple Octacell room sizes in accordance with ISO 23351-1:2020 standard. This standard measures speech sound insulation in phone and focus rooms. Our measured results achieve at least Class A performance, meaning a minimum of 30 dB speech reduction.
In practice, you may hear sounds from inside the room, but speech will not be intelligible. Conversations inside an Octacell room remain private and cannot be clearly heard outside under normal speaking conditions.
The excellent sound insulation results from years of product development, which we are proud of.
How effective is ventilation in the meeting room?
Octacell rooms provide a minimum airflow of 28 l/s per user. Each meeting room includes a dedicated ventilation control so that users can adjust airflow to their preference.
The ventilation system is fully mechanical. Both supply and exhaust air are driven by their own fans to ensure efficient air circulation.
Most Octacell rooms are installed in offices with filtered indoor air. The meeting rooms do not include integrated air filters as standard, making them virtually maintenance-free.
What does scalability mean in practice?
Scalability means the rooms can be adapted before and after installation. Before installation, the placement of doors and glass walls is planned to ensure the room fits seamlessly into the office environment. If needs change over time, the room size can be adjusted by adding or removing elements.
For example, a two-person meeting room can be expanded into a six-person meeting room.
Can a display be installed in the meeting room?
Displays and video conferencing equipment can be installed in Octacell meeting rooms, as the interior walls function as mounting surfaces. You can purchase the equipment through us or use your existing devices. We can install the display and other equipment during the installation phase, even if they were not purchased from us.
What furniture options are available for meeting rooms?
Octacell meeting rooms are delivered unfurnished by default, except for the Octacell 3X1 model, which includes a height-adjustable table.
You can purchase meeting room furniture through us or use your existing furniture to maintain a consistent office interior. For smaller 2–4 person meeting rooms, comfortable sofa seating is available. For larger rooms, we offer meeting chairs.
How is the meeting room installed?
Octacell meeting rooms are always installed by an authorized Octacell installer. Installing one room takes about 3–5 hours. Two to three booths can be installed in one working day.
The booths are delivered in modular elements and fit into a standard passenger elevator.
What does the meeting room require to operate?
The meeting room is connected to a standard power outlet to supply electricity to the sockets, ventilation, and lighting. The outlet must be within 5 meters of the installation site.
The minimum ceiling height at the installation location must be 2250 mm for proper installation.
How much does a meeting room cost?
Meeting room prices with standard equipment are listed on our website. In addition to the product price, we always include delivery and installation costs in the quotation. Installation starts from €590 (VAT 0%) within the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Can I purchase a meeting room on a monthly payment plan?
In addition to direct purchase, Octacell rooms can be acquired through a fixed-term leasing agreement. Example pricing for a 36-month lease is available on our website.
Contracts can also be arranged for 24, 48, or 60 months. Our leasing partner is Nordea Finance. In Sweden, our leasing partner is 3StepIT. If you have questions about leasing, our sales team will be happy to assist you.
