Trevian Asset Management
Trevian is Finland's leading commercial real estate investment and asset management company. The company provides its international and domestic partners with a complete range of property asset management services that are tailored to individual needs and cover the entire life cycle of a project. Trevian manages approximately €1.2 billion in property assets, and its transaction volume exceeds €200 million per year.
Trevian operates six branch offices in different cities across Finland. The company’s headquarters are located in the historic Erottaja 2 building in central Helsinki. The former customs house has been renovated into modern office and restaurant spaces while maintaining its protected status.
In autumn 2022, Trevian moved into new office premises on Erottajankatu. As part of the office development, Octacell delivered an Octacell 3X2 four-person meeting room. Octacell spaces were a suitable solution, as they allowed Trevian to add new meeting and workspaces without making structural changes to the protected building. Once everyday work began in the new office, it became clear that there was also a need for additional soundproof spaces. As a result, Octacell provided a 2X2 room for two-person meetings and a 2X1 room for phone calls and video meetings.

We wanted to offer our employees different spaces, some of which were intended as peaceful and some as social work environments. Our new office is a multi-space office with an open work area suitable for different needs and various sizes of meeting rooms.
