Trevian Asset Management
Trevian is Finland's leading commercial real estate investment and asset management company. The company provides its international and domestic partners with a complete range of property asset management services that are tailored to individual needs and cover the entire life cycle of a project. Trevian manages approximately €1.2 billion in property assets, and its transaction volume exceeds €200 million per year.
Trevian has a total of six branch offices located in different cities throughout Finland. The company's headquarters are located in the historic landmark building, Erottaja 2, in the heart of Helsinki. The old customs house has been transformed into modern restaurant and office spaces.
Octacell delivered a single Octacell 3X2 four-person meeting room to Trevian's new office on Erottajankatu in Helsinki in the fall of 2022. Using Octacell spaces was a suitable option because they allowed the addition of new spaces without making any structural changes to the protected building. When everyday work began in the new office, it became apparent that there was still a need for a soundproof space. As a two-person meeting room, Octacell provided a 2X2 workspace, and as a one-person phone and video conferencing room, Octacell provided a 2X1 space.
"When we moved to the new office spaces on Erottaja in the fall of 2022, we wanted the new office to enable different ways of working. We wanted to offer our employees different spaces, some of which were intended as peaceful and some as social work environments. Our new office is a multi-space office with an open work area suitable for different needs and various sizes of meeting rooms. Smaller Octacell spaces are an excellent solution to creating quiet and independent work environments, where you can also conduct Teams-meetings, which have become more common with hybrid work. A larger Octacell space works brilliantly as an additional meeting room, which can be used to hold team meetings. Communication with Octacell has been smooth and we've been very happy with the quality of their products and service."
