Octacell stands out for its scalable product range. The size of the workrooms can be modified later as space requirements change. With over 40 different size options available, it is easy to find a soundproof workroom for almost any need.

The modular structure allows flexible placement of glass walls and doors, so the workroom can be adapted to its surroundings as effectively as possible.

We never compromise on quality. Our workrooms are manufactured using premium components from carefully selected suppliers, advanced manufacturing methods, and computer-controlled CNC machinery. Components and materials are produced sustainably.

Even the largest Octacell workroom can be installed within one working day. Several smaller workrooms can be installed in one day.

All installation, relocation, and modification work is carried out by authorised installers. Installing one workroom typically takes a few hours.

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 weeks from the order date, but individual workrooms may be delivered sooner. The delivery date is confirmed at the time of order, and we always take customer preferences into account. About 1–2 weeks before installation, we will contact you again and keep you updated on the delivery status.

Thanks to adjustable airflow, the air remains fresh even during long working sessions. Ventilation performance scales with the size of the workroom and reaches up to 30 l/s per user.

The efficient and quiet ventilation is based on adjustable mechanical supply and exhaust air. The system uses air from the surrounding space, so no connection to the building’s central ventilation system is required. Electric cooling can be added later if needed.

Our standard door options are a glass sliding door and a glass single-leaf door. Both types have been sound-tested, ensuring excellent sound insulation.

Door handing can be selected freely, and we always review together with the customer which door option best suits the surrounding space.

A single-leaf accessible door is available, allowing wheelchair access. If electric locking and cabling are needed, the workroom is installed with a solid door that includes pre-prepared cable routes.

The Octacell range includes workrooms from single-person phone booths to meeting rooms for up to ten people. Thanks to the modular structure, Octacell workrooms are scalable and can be resized precisely to match your needs.

We make modifications, such as size or layout changes, at no additional cost.

Scalability means that a workroom can be expanded, reduced in size, or divided into separate rooms. The modular structure allows flexible placement of doors, walls, and other components.

Changes can be made after installation, making it easy to expand workrooms as the number of users grows. Scalability supports sustainable and cost-efficient operations in the long term.

Because we use high-quality components, our workrooms require little maintenance. All products include a 5-year warranty on frame components. Wearing parts such as lights, power sockets, and ventilation systems are covered by a standard 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers defects and faults caused by normal use. Please note that furniture supplied with the workroom may have different warranty terms, as it is covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty.

We have reduced energy consumption in our workrooms and are continuously developing more energy-efficient products and manufacturing processes.

The sound insulation is made from recycled plastic foam granules. In addition, surplus wood-processing materials are used in the panel boards. We continuously seek more environmentally friendly material alternatives.

Our workrooms are easily adaptable, so you will always find a size that suits your needs. A workroom can be placed anywhere in your office.

Thanks to the modular design, elements such as doors and walls can be arranged freely. Glass walls can be positioned to utilise natural light, solid walls to ensure privacy, and doors to enable easy access.

Yes. Octacell workrooms can be placed anywhere: as standalone units, against a wall, or in a corner. The ventilation does not require free space around the workroom.

Yes. We can help relocate Octacell workrooms within your office or to a new location. Doors, walls, and other components can also be rearranged easily to meet new requirements.

Smaller workrooms can be equipped with wheels for easy movement.

Octacell workrooms are proven to be highly sound-insulated. Several sizes have been measured according to the ISO 23351-1 standard for speech-level reduction, and all measured workrooms achieved at least Class A sound insulation (over 30 dB).

Measurements have been conducted both in accredited laboratories and through field testing.

We have also measured airborne sound insulation (DnT,w), achieving a value of 44 dB.

An Octacell workroom can be installed in a space with a minimum ceiling height of 2250 mm and access to a standard power socket.

The workroom is connected to a standard socket to power ventilation, lighting, and internal outlets. The supply cable can be routed from the ceiling, wall, or floor from any corner.

As MDF is the main raw material, the workroom must be installed in a dry indoor environment.

No. When the ventilation starts, a low sound is audible but quickly blends into the building’s ventilation and general office background noise.

We use large fans in the ventilation system, which create a pleasant background sound inside and around the workroom.

Fire safety is considered when selecting materials. If required by the building’s fire regulations, the workroom can be equipped with a fire alarm, a separate aerosol fire suppression system, or connected to the building’s sprinkler system.

In most cases, additional extinguishing systems are not required, as the workrooms are generally classified as office furniture. Wooden components can be treated with fire-retardant paint.

Final fire safety requirements are determined by the local fire authority.

Exterior surfaces are available in wood veneer, painted, or upholstered finishes. As standard, workrooms come with a white painted exterior. For an additional cost, exteriors can be painted in any RAL color, finished with oak veneer, or upholstered with felt.

Interior acoustic walls are upholstered in dark grey fabric as standard. Several color options are available from the Nevotex Wooly fabric collection.

The standard floor material is dark grey contract carpet. In larger projects, flooring can be specified according to customer preferences. For production or warehouse environments, vinyl flooring is available to improve cleanability.

Workrooms are equipped with adjustable, energy-efficient LED lighting with motion sensors.

As an option, selected phone booths and video meeting rooms can be fitted with dedicated video conferencing lighting to improve lighting quality during remote meetings.

All Octacell workrooms come standard with at least a double power socket. Additional sockets can be added as needed and installed on almost any wall.

The 230 V power supply can be routed from the ceiling or the floor. We recommend routing power from the ceiling to avoid cables on the floor.

A data socket is available as an accessory, and other cabling can be routed into the workroom.

You can choose furniture from our wide selection or use your own. Meeting rooms are typically furnished with Octacell meeting tables, designed to fit the space precisely.

Smaller workroom sizes (1X1, 1X1,5, 1,5X1,5, 2X1, 2X1,5, and 3X1) are delivered standard with a height-adjustable desk.

Workrooms can be equipped with an easy-to-use, high-quality video conferencing system suitable for smooth remote and hybrid meetings. The system can be tested in our showrooms.
