Industry-leading soundproofing and powerful ventilation
All Octacell workrooms have at least A-level soundproofing, with many exceeding the A+ level as measured by the ISO 23351-1 standard. This means you can place them anywhere in the space you are designing, and work stays private.
Our workrooms offer up to 30 l/s of ventilation per user. The ventilation uses air from the surrounding space, so connecting to a central ventilation system is unnecessary. We can add electric cooling for the workrooms—even later on.
Scalable, modular workrooms for adaptable work environments
Our workrooms are designed for long-term use. You can change their dimensions—even after installation. This allows you to design floor plans and work environments that adapt as your client’s needs change.
The workrooms have a modular design. You can arrange the doors, walls, and windows to make the most of the space you are designing.
You can choose the exterior and interior colors and materials to match your client's brand. Upholstered surface color options are available from the Nevotex Wooly fabric collection. We offer a broad catalog of furniture to choose from, and can also implement anything special you have in mind.

Designing with modular workrooms reduces many of the limitations associated with permanent construction, such as fixed layouts and long build times.
Entire floor plans can be created using scalable workrooms. This makes it easier to design work environments that evolve over time, support long building lifecycles, and adapt to new ways of working without compromising design quality.
