Visma

Visma is one of Europe's leading software companies. Visma sells and develops software that simplifies and digitizes the core business processes of companies and public sector organizations. In Finland, Visma consists of several small and medium-sized companies and they serve over 100,000 customers with 1400 employees.

Visma's Finnish headquarters are located in the center of Helsinki in Rautatalo, designed by Alvar Aalto, which was originally built for the central organizations of the hardware industry in 1955.

In the summer of 2022, Visma modernized its premises into a multi-space office, which included new soundproof workspaces. Octacell delivered several spaces to Rautatalo as part of the renovation, which are used for live and remote meetings. Material choices were made to match the new interior of the office, with the outer surfaces made of oak veneer and different colors used for the interior surfaces to fit the overall design.
