Fixed construction doesn’t support modern office architecture well enough. Our workrooms are built to meet the changing needs of the workplace for long-term usability while keeping costs down.
Nordic design and quality
All Octacell products are designed and manufactured in Finland, using premium-quality components and materials. That’s how we ensure a long lifespan for all our workrooms. We manufacture the products in Ostrobothnia, famous for its furniture industry.
Sustainability
We want to end the culture of disposable furniture. Our workrooms are mainly made of wood and glass, and the soundproofing material is made from recycled plastic foam.

Octacell story
Octacell Oy was founded in 2017 by our CEO Antti Sundqvist. Antti has years of experience as a construction engineer in the largest construction companies in Finland.
“My projects always involved huge numbers of people working on the sites, where we too often had issues with quality, scheduling, and budgets. Working with many different contractors, subcontractors, designers, and consultants made me think about a solution to significantly streamline construction.
I wanted to create a product and service that provides customers with soundproof workrooms that fit their needs. Even if their needs and requirements changed later. Years of product development have helped us do that.”
