City of Raisio
The family and social services of the city of Raisio offer, among other things, social welfare and child protection services to the residents according to the Social Welfare and Child Protection Act. Working with people and families is diverse and highly regulated, so the work environment is extremely important from both the customer's and the employee's perspective.
In addition to traditional office spaces, the city of Raisio opted for Octacell's soundproof, ventilated, and modular workrooms. The rooms are available for booking in the calendar system for all employees and are located in immediate proximity to customers.
As a section of the employees' space is fully open and the work is subject to strict confidentiality requirements, the city also purchased more spacious soundproof phone booths for employees.
Octacell built six meeting rooms and five phone booths with expertise and great care within a few days. For security reasons, the rooms have two doors, and visual barriers were installed on the windows to maintain customer anonymity.
