Wolt works with approximately 60,000 couriers and 30,000 restaurant and retail partners, making communication and coordination an important part of its daily operations.
Wolt’s headquarters in Helsinki hosts a large number of meetings, calls, and collaborative work sessions throughout the day. In a busy office environment, there is a clear need for spaces that allow employees to take phone calls, join video meetings, and hold small meetings without background noise or interruptions.
To support these needs, Octacell delivered several video meeting and phone booth pods to Wolt’s headquarters, as well as a four-person Octacell meeting pod. The workrooms provide soundproof spaces that can be used frequently throughout the day for different types of meetings and focused work. Their compact and modular design allows them to be placed within the existing office layout without major changes.
